FP Epicom Theme is a conversion of a Free HTML/CSS Templater from templatemo.com
This theme is black, white, & grey with some light purple colours and has a set width of 1000px
It features a Breaking News on title if new news is posted in less than one hour. Sticky News Item icon displays on title if news item is sticky.
Manual customising of site Header Links and footer Links.
Upload the /themes/folder to your PHP-Fusion root and done.
The Site Header Links and Footer Links need to be manualy edited in theme.php.
For the Header Links look at lines 56 to 60 and for the Footer Links look at lines 83 to 140
